We collect information to provide you with a seamless productivity and time-tracking experience.

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address. This is used for authentication and to ensure your data stays private and accessible only to you.
  • User-Generated Content: We collect the data you explicitly enter into the App, including:
    • Tasks, Goals, Habits, and Chores.
    • Time Entries (durations and descriptions of your work).
    • Free-time activity logs and completion history.
  • Technical Data: We collect basic system information (such as OS version and device type) to optimize the App’s layout and handle notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide the Service: To track your time, calculate your productivity metrics, and visualize your progress.
  • Synchronization: To sync your data across multiple devices via our backend provider (Supabase).
  • Notifications: To send you reminders for habits, chores, or goals (if enabled).

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage where applicable (e.g., for authentication tokens).
  • Cloud Storage: Your data is securely synchronized with Supabase, a third-party cloud database provider.
  • Security: We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) to protect your data during transmission and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your data in the cloud.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers (like Supabase) to the extent necessary to provide the App’s core functionality.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

We believe you should have full control over your data:

  • Export: You can export your time entries at any time via the App’s settings.
  • Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data through the in-app settings. Once an account is deleted, all tasks, entries, and personal information are permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App.
